Far from the Ritz kitchens in Paris, where during seven years he learnt to be rigorous and necessary requirements for excellence, far from the Élysées Palace where he worked for one year, Matthieu ERRE proposes, since 2011, a creative Menu which is mindful of seasonal produce of his native Languedoc.
The architecture of dishes he composes, the aromas of fresh produce which he buys in Narbonne market, combined with flavours brought to light by his work on his kitchen stove, will help you to discover the tang of a local culinary tradition which is particularly rich.
And if the weather is fine, you'll be able to choose to dine in the large shady terrace, where in his summer kitchen, he'll prepare for you grills, tapas, fish or meat à la plancha.
