Cream of lentils with foie gras à la plancha

* Mussels cooked au gratin with an aïoli sauce (garlic mayonnaise)

* Slice of bread with Sobrassada and Galice wild ham

* Half-cooked duck foie gras terrine, cooked with Cognac

* Swordfish à la plancha

* Guinea fowl suprême , with a small black grape sauce
